Email servers are totally broken - there is often several days delay to incoming emails. Support are useless, my five year old knows more about the internet than they do. I recently phoned to ask if they could swap my primary email address and was told that they didn't provide email! Have been with BT for several years and they used to be good, but they've going downhill rapidly and I'm off. Don't even think about signing up with them.
